Microsoft Addresses 'Abusive' Xbox Live Accounts

Microsoft plans to control the use of foreign Xbox Live accounts by domestic 360 owners. Part 1 of a special five-part series.

In response to mounting problems with what Microsoft defines as user-abuse, the company is planning to put its foot down with regards to the usage of foreign Xbox Live accounts by domestic 360 owners. According to Microsoft, this is a frequent occurrence commonly employed by people who wish to download content from the service not commonly available in their region.
